Your account and verification
Your account is personal, and you may hold only one. When you register we ask for real, current details, because we use them to confirm your identity and that you are 18 or over. As a UK-licensed operator we carry out verification, and we may ask for it before certain actions, withdrawals especially. If the details on file do not match your documents, an action can be delayed, so keeping your profile accurate from the outset saves time later. Your account stays tied to you and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Bonuses and promotions
Any promotions are optional and come with their own conditions, shown on each offer. We keep this honest: we do not quote exact bonus amounts or wagering terms we have not confirmed, and the current promotions, with their full terms, live on the site. Before you opt in, read those terms closely, because what an offer is actually worth is set by its conditions, not by the headline figure. Deposits, withdrawals and limits
You fund your account to bet, and before a withdrawal we may need verification to be complete. For a smooth payout, use a method consistent with your deposit and clear any open bonus conditions first. A withdrawal requested on a verified account, with nothing outstanding, is the one that clears most quickly.
Fair use
To protect every bettor, some behaviour is not allowed:
- opening more than one account or using another person’s identity;
- betting from a country where our service is not available;
- trying to game promotions through dishonest stakes or practices;
- interfering with how the platform runs using external tools.
Where this happens, we may suspend an account and withhold funds linked to the abuse, as set out in the full terms.
